Deep Tissue Massage: The goal of deep tissue is to release persistent tension in muscles. This is achieved through firm slow massaging of deep muscles of the neck, back, shoulders, legs and arms. It is highly recommended that 90 minutes is scheduled to allow enough time to work the entire body. You will leave the office feeling like the best version of yourself!

Stretching: We know the great feeling after a good stretch so we provide stretching services tailored to your body and workout routine. This can be accomplished in 15 minutes and can precede a massage or adjustment. 

Swedish Massage: The goal of Swedish Massage is for stress relief and relaxation. Stimulation of light touch can inhibit pain sensation providing a much needed break from achy muscles and joints. 

Lymphatic Drainage: This type of Massage supports lympatic circulation, which supports a healthy immune system and can be a necessary maintenance for those who suffer from Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, swollen ankles, post cosmetic surgery swelling.

 Pregnancy Massage:After the 1st trimester it is safe to receive massage therapy to the lower back and pelvis. Our therapists are trained on how to make your massage experience safe and effective for stress and pain relief so you can enjoy one of most special events in a mothers life.
